Nunca he tenido ningún inconveniente ni con paquetes ni de otro tipo. Se necesita ID para recoger su pedido eso es protección para el dueño del paquete . Muy buenos precios y servicios los muchachos son muy amables

UPS is stupid and still manages to drop my packages here even after I told them not to. BUT my experience has improved with pick up at this location and so has their customer service. i have updated my rating to reflect that.

tell UPS you dont want your packages delivered to this access point. the man here is beyond rude. either ups lied about delivering my package or the store owners attempted to steal it. I wouldn't do business with them.

Horrible customer service.
I came here to pick up a package. When i entered the store, the clerk was on the phone. Which was fine. She greets me with “Give me a second im on the phone” So i waited. I looked at her and i realize shes on her personal cell phone. So i asked the guys on the cell phone repairs side if they could help. They said i had to wait for her though they were doing nothing. I said nothing but clearly i was upset. The clerk finishes her phone call and walks to the back of the store. Doesn’t say why. She just leaves. After that the guys decided to help me. So now they magically had the tools to help? Just Horrible. Horrible energy, service and atmosphere.

Its a shame they are affiliated with UPS as an access point.
