The Pixel 3 screen has been replaced here and I was happy with initial results, OEM screen and 1 year warranty.
after 6 month of use in the protective case (heavy duty UnderArmor), the screen had got a black spot. At that moment, we all were in a lockdown so I had to put it aside and come back later to let these guys see it.
Today (Jan 12 2021) I came and a technician stated that the phone got "dropped" and was "physically damaged".
From the picture you can see that the front glass is not even scratched (The ceiling light is nicely reflected back) but the OLED display (an internal part) is malfunctioning. There is no way I can damage internal part without shuttering the front glass or back plate. Still, the verdict - its a physical damage and there is no warranty service on it.

In addition, they were not able to find the service records of the replacement at all like I did not even been there :).

Will see if its going to be resolved anyhow.

Update (March 1, 2021). Noone ever contacted me from AtoZ trying to "correct the problem asap". Going to go there in person and see if there is any update on that.

Update. A to Z has been finally replaced the screen after several month of work and after this initially negative feedback. It took them several month to finish it and they said they replaced the screen like 3 times blaming the screens to be bad.

So, to sum up:
pros:
- I did get my screen eventually replaced and is still working fine.
- price for the work was reasonable.
- did not charge me extras for after service
- did try to fix the problem instead of trying to silence it.
cons
- the first representative lied to me trying to blame on me.
- no receipt no service.
- replacement took a lot of time.
- have to know tech to argue with them.

I will give them another try (if I ever need to replace a screen again) just because I believe in good. Maybe I just got unlucky 😉

Nice quality repair services. I brought in 4 iPhones to be fixed, and they turned out almost perfect like a new apple display. The only thing that could be improved, is the color accuracy on the displays. This is NOT a big deal to me, as I could not tell unless holding it side by side a real apple display. Even then, it’s ONLY the colors that are ever so slightly different. I almost prefer the non-apple screens, but I know colors are very accurate on genuine apple devices. Cheaper, competitive prices, you will be very happy to have your device fixed here.

I went in this morning to get my iPhone 11 display screen fix fixed. It took about 20 minutes which went by quickly. Syed worked super quickly and was very nice. Lifetime warranty is included in the cost so it is worth the money.
