Terrible. There should be a negative 5 stars rating for this company it's so bad. One day my data service stopped working. I got a text message saying that my automatic payment would be applied that day. So, I didn't think much of it. But after several hours of no data, I finally got a text message from the company that gave a toll free number, so I called it. I was told that my credit card hadn't processed correctly. So, I said I'd pay over the phone. No, Reach Mobile doesn't let you pay over the phone. The person I spoke to said she would email me a link that would let me pay. How is that going to help if my data is off? Can you turn the data on long enough for me to pay? No. Do you have an automated telephone system that will process my payment? No. So, when I got home at night, I put in all the payment information but it still didn't process. I checked my bank and the bank said that the charge was authorized. Well, Reach Mobile says no. So, I tried again the next day. Another authorized charge on my bank website. But no, Reach Mobile says they couldn't process the payment. So, I'm porting out to Twigby. Bye bye!

I switched to Reach a month ago from Tracfone (ugh), and purchased a new phone via Reach. So far, the whole experience has been awesome, easy, and problem-free. Everything works, good signal, customer service is competent and responsive, and the cost is very reasonable-- cheap even. So glad I made the change.

Terrible service. Data service kept having issues. I was paying for the highest plan, which was NOT worth it. Then, after I cancelled and transferred to a new service, they decided my new company didn't provide the right transfer information, so they decided to not transfer it, not tell me, and charged me for the full month.

This company is terrible. Any competitor will be a better deal and better service.

Switched from Verizon 6 months ago and was happy until I traveled to Europe. Unable to access my purchased data in 3/4 countries. Online with customer support for about 2 hours after which they escalated the issue to their technical team. Never heard back from them and issue remained unresolved.

Looked at reviews for Reach Mobile before changing to them BUT that was the BIGGEST MISTAKE ever! They messed up my husbands phone so he could not call and then could not fix it. So we switched back to our other carrier and Reach had messed things up so bad we could not transfer our numbers and had to get new ones! Do not go through them, they will mess up your service and then your phones so you do not have service.

Not only the best cellular provider I have ever had, but also one of the best-run and most customer-friendly companies I've ever patronized.

Oh, and yes, they are on the Verizon network, but from what I have gathered, their cellular service is actually FASTER than what you would get with a comparably-priced Verizon pre-paid account! This is because they give you true 4G speed for the entire data package you purchase, whereas Verizon, during times of high network traffic, gives its prepaid customers' data a lower priority than that of its more expensive post-paid accounts.

Anyway. Long story short: Really glad to have found Reach!

I cut the cord from being a Verizon customer a few months ago and switched over to Reach Mobile. Reach Mobile is a refreshing change and I gotta say they are fantastic! Awesome customer service and great cell service (they buy from Verizon).

Fabulous company with excellent customer service (you actually get talk to humans -- kind, professional, courteous ones), and their business model is about helping out the disadvantaged. Honestly... could you ask for more in a business? A thousand times better than Verizon or AT&T or any of the other shameless juggernauts simply out to make a buck. Highly recommended!
