I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my PC, so I did a walk-in to drop it off for repairs. Their team was very professional and explained to me they would be in contact.

They called me not even that long after and diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was completed way faster than I expected !!

There is clearly a noticeable difference in performance. The attention to detail and customer care they provided truly set them apart.

I highly recommend RBG Customs to anyone in need of PC repair services. They have earned my trust, and I will definitely be returning for any future needs !! :0)

i’m a student, and this was my first large purchase for myself. It took longer than i expected, but customer support was so kind and so helpful at answering all my questions. They were so understanding, so helpful and so polite. My PC came in perfect condition, and it runs like a dream. I absolutely love it and if you don’t mind the wait, it’s definitely worth the money and time!

I would not ever give this business anything other than a 1 star review. I set up my order 2 months ago and the order status has not changed since 2 days after my initial order. Don't try to call the building looking for an update, no mater what time of day you call, at opening, middle of the day or near closing they won't pick up. You can leave them a message but it will take them a week to get back to you. I have had to wonder if this place is a scam, I genuinely couldn't tell you if they are real. Their storefront looks real, they were very helpful on picking out parts for a PC, but they act like a scam. I had to go to the building physically to get an update on my order. They are only open from 10am-6pm, these are not convenient hours to work around. It turns out, they have all the parts for my order, they just don't update the website or answer the phone (ever). So why have I been waiting for 2 months? Because there is a "long line of people in front of my order who need to be built first". So there is a large amount of people that have been waiting for 2+ months too, completely unacceptable. I saw a review for another person waiting for months listed 2 days ago. I've gone so far as submitting a complaint to the better business bureau, but they don't exist in the directory and it seems, aren't even registered(that should tell you everything you need to know).

I have since received my PC, it took around 2 months. I am very happy with the product I received and perhaps treated them unfairly in my prior review. I was frustrated with them repeatedly not answering the phone for multiple days and not updating my order status, to the point where I thought it might have even been intentional. That turns out not to have been the case, they are not scammers. While their customer relations are bad, they do build PCs well. I still wouldn't recommend their services as it felt awful being out 2.5K and the people you gave it to won't even answer the phone. For the delivery of a working PC that looks pretty, I updated my review from 1 to 2 stars.
Additionally, a small correction: I believe I was mistaken when I previously mentioned that they had all of my parts ready. I had misconstrued what I was told at the time.

The one star reviews are telling the truth. On their website they claim 15 to 20 days(2-3 WEEKS) to build your computer but on Google review they claim that these are actually 15 to 20 BUSINESS days (3-4 weeks).

But in my experience and other experiences on Google reviews, they take over 2 months. They'll have a scripted response to the negative reviews on here, but they also lie. If you would keep scrolling down in the reviews they claim that if you call them, they'll give you an update. Well, I called them and the person on the other line said he was a salesman and he couldn't help me. They also claim they send you updates ever so often through email. I guess this is technically true if you call "still preparing" an update. No other updates since we made the order - over 20 business days ago.

If I were you, I would look somewhere else for a custom PC. Somewhere that values customers service and your money. They set an expectation on their website 15 to 20 days and when they can't meet it, they just apologize, and when you try to cancel, they hit you with a 20% restocking fee. That's pretty much holding you hostage. That is over $500 for my order. I guess they don't value our hard earned money. STAY AWAY.

RGB, do not bother sending me the scripted response. I have emailed and called to no avail. What is next?

I want to apologize for any confusion, my frustration is the lack of information provided and for the delay of my order. The facts are that it's been over 20 business days and still the PC hasn't been built. I know the difference between 15 to 20 days and 15 to 20 business days, no confusion there. I understand you have five star reviews but also you have one star reviews with an that you refuse to do anything about. And to reiterate when I called, they gave me no information and the email was a generic response which is what made everything even more upsetting. It's been over 20 business days/ 4 weeks with no movement for a PC I paid $3,000 for that I should have received already.As per your website.

To make it clear, I'm looking for an ETA, a discount for the inconvenience or at minimum, just allow me to cancel without charging me $500+ so that I can order elsewhere.

( ignore the messy set up this was about a year ago again when I first got it and I have a much cleaner set up now Will UPDATEi was just so excited to take pictures ) I have had my PC from this business for about almost a year now! Before getting my pc I spent a year schooling my self and becoming a tech wiz on the PC universe even as someone who isn’t entirely sure on some things I have never had employees so eager and helpful to make sure their customers where satisfied like they do here at RGB customs. I will always remember this place as someone who built my dream pc ? The builders are nice and have great sense of humor which is always a bonus ? their skills and expertise shouldn’t go unnoticed bcz they are a smaller business as someone who took my good old time finding the right company to help me achieve something so pretty anddd something that ran smoothly this was a decision I’ll never regret! Hopefull to partner with them one day to truly show my appreciation!!! so if ur reading this JUST DO IT AND GET THAT PC!! ?

Amazing company! They were so helpful and took so much time over the phone to help me pick out the best system for my son. It was a gift for my son's birthday and they even expedited it to arrive on time for his birthday. They send email updates at every step of the build along with videos of how to unpack and set up your new PC. A great experience, I highly recommend RGB!!

They did a good by building my AI workstation. Beginning I was not sure if they could be trusted but they proved me wrong. All my parts were safe, no swap, no damages. Came home with the workstation, inspected all the serial numbers of the parts and everything was intact. Remaining screws and boxes were all returned back to me. I will definitely use them again for an amazing work. They told me work would be done in couple days but workstation was ready next day. 5 stars from me.(Found them on Instagram)

I spent time researching what PC components and aesthetic I wanted for my new PC build. With that in mind, I walked into the store and was met in front by Lu. He did a great job helping me fine tune my selections by answering questions and offering suggestions on components I was unsure of. We put together a quote and my custom build process was started.

Throughout the process I was kept in the loop via email of what stage my build was currently in. Furthermore, they did answer any questions I had to ensure my expectations were met.

Once all the parts were in, Lu built my PC live on stream. I was able to interact with him in the chat and make sure the build was tailored to my liking. I have had the PC now for 3 weeks and it looks amazing and runs even better. Thanks RGB CustomPC and Lu!
