I bought a sim card from amazon for use in the USA.

Sadly it arrived expired, so I could not activate it, but I contacted customer services via their whatsapp and they were able to resolve all my issues, and give me an eSim replacement, which worked absolutely perfectly for my trip.

Very happy. Will definitely buy again!

I had some issues with the QR Code. To solve the problem faster customer service suggested to switch from email to WhatsApp which worked really great ?. Lyra helped within 1hour and I could finally use my eSIM card. I can highly recommend AeroBile and would buy e sim card again at any time
