Bought a phone it kept restarting over and over, customer service was terrible, I could barely understand him. One month later I bought a different phone and Simple Mobile won't let me have my number, THANKS

My SIM card was cloned & they took control of all my accounts. When I tried to contact customer service, to get it shut off because I had no control over it. The verification process was inadequate and it's the only thing that they accepted. Which was the pin code & and the last couple #'s that you dialed. That's it, you cannot supply them with anything else. So the hacker took control of it until plan ran out. But then he activated the automatic renew. Had to challenge it on the card as fraudulent charge.

Phone is always never on after paying bill. Have to trouble shoot atleast 2 times when I am paying my bill because it doesn’t just process through.

I just paid my bill last week and was sent a new SIM card 2 days ago. The new SIM card is not compatible with my phone and my original SIM card is locked. I called them and went to a retail store just for them to tell me that I needed to buy either a new phone or a new SIM card. I have been without a working phone for 2 days. Retail owner say they have been sending out SIM cards deactivating the original SIM cards. I want my MONEY BACK ASAP

This place is awesome I went there to get a phone and get it activated, and they was very great and friendly. they got me service and a phone activated. prices are very reasonable!!! I recommend going there
