I Went to store to return the faulty heater fan to request another fan and was refused by the Female staff (most probably the Manager). She took the heater inside and came back telling me that it was working perfectly.

I tried to return it as I had only purchased a couple of days back but she also refused it telling me that it was working on her desk. I brought the heater fan back home and it still was not working. The Argos staff has no regard for the customer and their stance.

I have to mention that my click and collect went smoothly today. It could have easily gone wrong if it wasn't for the young lady proving a go get and resolve attitude. Well done her

You to do your job and give me all of my order I'm now taking a flight without the SD card for my new DJI camera... I haven't got the time to check to see if you're doing your job , sometimes you have to trust ... I have to pick up an SD card at the airport at some Ludacris price.. let down ... mind you I understand it's Boxing Day you've got a better place is to be...

I ordered online to collect at store, five 110ltr storage boxes.
I was served by Harry who was quick in locating my order in a friendly manner. That’s the norm for good service one would guess.
However Harry is that kind of staff member who goes that extra mile! He offered to assist me to my vehicle with the boxes which was greatly appreciated. Fantastic customer service. Thank you Argos and Harry!

Went into the store today to buy a new phone on recommendation. As lovely as Toni-Louise and Katie both Managers were, I didn't purchase the phone, as they were unsure how to transfer the data from my existing phone to the new one. They instilled confidence in me and made me feel valued even though I didn't buy anything. They were a delight and so friendly. I had been treated appallingly at another phone shop earlier in the morning and was left very upset. I left their store a lot happier.

Excellent staff at argos, but couldn't get onto the car park due to height restriction, had to park half mile away and walk, can't go there if you have a transit or similar vehicle , discrimination if you drive a van, needs addressing.

I had to go back again after calling customer service as I purchased a universal remote control and batteries. I asked the guy and girl behind counter would this fit the control, is it compatible?, they just said "yehyeh should do". As I was rushing I didnt really check myself as online it said underneath the control 'compatible with'. I got home and it was the wrong batteries, had to go back again. I come here often for my weekly shop.

The female manager is absolutely terrible. She's rude, aggressive and completely disregards warranty and consumer law.

I bought an outdoor table set which completely rusted and looked terrible despite being covered all the time. The female manager just flat out refused to accept the return of the item, and said that it may say weather resistant on the product description but you know it's the same with everything and it doesn't really mean that or matter?! So she agreed it was misleading but still refused to refund? She needs sacking.
