I recently visited the Staples store in Frisco, Texas, and had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Lauren. I came in with a somewhat nerve-wracking task: printing a blown-up photo. I was worried about how the final result would turn out, but Lauren completely put my mind at ease.

From the moment I explained what I needed, Lauren was patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire process step by step, making sure I understood each option available. Her dedication to ensuring I was satisfied with the outcome was evident every step of the way.

Thanks to Lauren’s expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction, the final print turned out beautifully, far exceeding my expectations. It’s rare to find such exceptional service these days, and I’m so grateful that Lauren was there to help me.

Bad Customer Service Staples Frisco
These guys need a better staff. Looks like they are coming to clock in and clock out and get paid. No customer service. Submitted a business card order online and got an email saying pickup before the store closes the next day. Came here to find out the order is not ready and also got an attitude and a complaint that she is behind on 20 orders. All I asked that they should've at least email, text, or a phone call to let me know that the order was not ready, so i am not rushing and driving for 20 minutes to get there for a pickup. I got an attitude like it's my fault to even order. I am done shopping staples.

I really thought about this issue, and I concluded that a review was necessary. Last Tuesday I visited this location to pick up business cards as I've done many times in the past. I was met by a very rude and disrespectful employee by the name of Lauren, according to her name badge. As I approached the counter I seen a few cheap card holders so I grabbed them. I then asked Lauren whether she knew if there were more of those little card holders, with an attitude and a frown, "Unfortunately we have what you see!" She scowled. At first I thought, I probably wouldn't have said that to a customer, especially with that tone. I didn't react, I just said, "Ok, I'll take these and I need to pick up my business cards." She asks my name, I told her and she came back with them. (The cards have my name on them) She said, "Can I get you to sign for them?" I said, "Why do I need to sign?" Again with that attitude she said, "It's our policy because sometimes people pick up business cards that aren't theirs." I said, "I pick up business cards here all the time and I've never had to sign anything, but okay. Where do I sign." There really wasn't anything I needed to sign, she brought a print out of my online order receipt and said you can sign anywhere. Now I am certain that I experienced indifference. It sucks that one person can make your establishment look bad. Being a business owner myself, behavior like this under my brand Lauren would be fired. Expeditiously.

Negative a BAJILLION STARS. I’ve came in here previously to print papers out. I needed three papers printed that’s it and then I was told that it would take 24 hours in order to get my three pages printed. I walked in with my toddler. She’s in a stroller and there’s no want to work or get the job done. There was an older white man he always helps me and is very helpful. Today it was a middle aged Hispanic lady and she DOES NOT WANT TO WORK. She has been the LEAST HELPFUL employee I have ever experienced. Now I’m driving to ANYOHER staples with my toddler. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve printed here a few times over the past month. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. If you’re printing, don’t expect to get it on time. You will also be met with sighs when asking any sort of question. Not giving another dollar to this company.
