Tom is the best! He basically did better work than about 22 other customer service reps with other companies over the course of 3 different days. Tom took care of my issue within an hour. ?‍♀️ I will be going back to Tom every time now.
I struggled to find a new prepaid phone plan for the phone I currently have, while keeping my current phone number. He explained all my options, walked me through the steps with the new plan, and even helped resolve when an issue came up with keeping my current number. He's respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Save yourself some time and just go to Tom!

Tom did an awesome job. I dropped my phone off at 1:30PM right after I called to inquire, and it was done less than 2 hours later. My back screen was shattered on my iPhone 13 Pro, and it looked brand new when I got it back. It was hours faster and $150 less than other places around Denver!

I normally ask for first names, so I know whom Im dealing with, however i was so frustrated with trying to get my phone repaired, for days, I didnt. So, I dont know who to thank personally. He listened to me, asked a few questions. Checked to make sure he had potential parts and gave me two cost scenarios. One twice as much as other. That was in case he had to use new parts. If it didnt need parts and he could see thi gs that needed repair, the lower price. About 20 minutes went by, he came out with a working phone. He saw some things that werent right, corrected them. Yeah!

You need to come to this place for your repairs! Most information I've gotten from anyone. I dealt with Tom! He is definitely a expert in repairs. Prices are good comparing to others. Why I chose to come here instead is because the way he answered all my concerns and questions I had.

He also told me about the difference in the screens. The last place did not even tell me that there are different types of screens. Just told me a price, sounds cheaper to repair but the quality is just horrible! I can definitely see the difference In parts quality and picture quality on the one Tom put on! Night and day!

I did what everybody does called around for the cheapest price! I guess you pay for what you get! Talking to Tom was a pleasure! Guess his repair experience of 24 years does show in his work and research Into parts! I will definitely go here from now on! Will also refer everyone I know here to get phones repaired. We'll done! Love to support family small businesses!

Excellent service and fairly priced! I was having issues with my iPhone, but other phone repair shops couldn’t figure it out. I brought it into Wireless Image, and Tom was able to find the issue and fix the phone! Dealing with Tom was fantastic, and he always carried a positive and friendly attitude. He was more than happy to answer any questions I had about the phone, and I’m definitely coming back for any future phone issues.

I went to this store to get a screen repair. I purchased a screen protector once the phone was done resulting in a total of $145.00. They Said it has a life time warranty. Two weeks later I dropped my phone from 2 feet, It had THEIR screen protector on it, and a case. I go to check my phone and half the screen doesn't function. It's black and the other half has digital line going through it. I took my phone there that day to have them live up to their life time warranty and they wouldn't stand by their word. They saw one spot of "physical damage" on the bottom and corner and said because it has "Physical Damage" they won't honor THEIR Word, they were going to charge me another $115.00. I don't think so. What kind of company treats their customers like that? They fixed it, they put their screen protector on it, one drop and t doesn't function... They must use some cheap product because a phone should be able to handle an impact like that. DO NOT go to this place. They will take your money then not honor THEIR word.

Tom is the man! Fast and friendly service, my iPad screen replacement and protector were ready in an hour after I dropped it off and his price can't be beat! I would highly recommend him to anyone! I went here from the other side of town and it was totally worth it.
