The sponsored Google listing for Discount PC came up when I searched "used computers in Austin." So I drove over an hour from the rural area I live in because I need a PC now, not next week, only to discover that what Google maps describes as a "computer store" is not a retail location. If I wanted to buy one online and wait a week, I have dozens of options more reputable than Discount PC. So this review is one star because of an inaccurate listing that caused me to lose a lot of time and gas money today.

I was in need of a new 22” screen and when I googled used pc screens near me I ran into Discount PC in Austin and they had a bunch of different screens for sale at different grades and still had a one-year warranty on the functionality so I decided to go with a grade C Dell that had some scratches on it but I didn’t mind so place an order free shipping of course and it arrived the next day because they’re only about 15 to 20 minutes away from me. The screen was exactly as described and I could not be any happier. Also, everything was packed very carefully and I will definitely be going back whenever I need more computer hardware.

She has helped me provide better service to my clients more than any other working relationship in the past.

The devices that they have provided for us are refurbished, but are always in perfect condition and look brand new. The prices are always an incredible value for the hardware provided. Also worth mentioning, the care they put into ensuring the hardware shipping safely is awesome. So many layers of bubble wrap!

All I have to do is send April an email, let her know what I'm looking for and she sends me back options that are comparable to what I'm looking for. I let her know which model I want to go with then she sends me a quote. She is always available and more than willing to help you out any way that she can. Very fast turn around from quote to getting the product. Discount PC makes my job a lot easier.

Discount PC Austin changed our business model completely. Working with previous local laptop and desktop refurb resellers was at best hit or miss on prices and availability, and resulted in inconsistent equipment for our customers and had to be backed by continual scanning for deals from online resellers. We met April through one of our previous resellers, where her superb program and customer account skills were wasted. When one of ex-resellers recommended Discount PC, for our volume, and April was there ... and they were able to not only meet our needs ... with a consistent line of laptops and desktops we needed ... at better and more consistent pricing, via a well executed B2B model than we previously experienced ... well the rest is history. We're happy, our customers are happy and everyone is doing well. Kudos to Jeff, who took personal interest in us and is one of the few people that could make Discount PC a success, April of course, the upfront staff and the techs who have always responded quickly with answers to questions and suggestions and especially the folks behind the scenes creating such high quality refurbished devices.

As an IT Director for a fairly large non-profit, I need to buy in the used market. I discovered Discount PC back in 2020 and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Laptops are the thing I always need, especially since COVID turned us into more of a remote work company. I consistently get good, clean name-brand laptops from Discount PC, and on the two occasions I did have a problem, they resolved it for me very quickly.

I'm too busy to deal with a bunch of back-and-forth, with Discount PC I can quickly get a few options, pick out what I want and place the order.

Very happy with their customer service and their product. Definitely my go to for used equipment.
