I'm giving one star rating because I can't give zero. I bought a brand new sealed phone online from this store and they sent me a refurbished one. I immediately sent an email in regards this situation and they requested photos which I sent. Then they confirmed that I bought a brand new phone and requested for more proof that the phone I received was refurbished. Which I sent more photos. Few days with no reply from them so I decided to call to solve this matter. They said that would be sending me a shipping label to return the phone and receive a refund which I agreed with. But the next day they sent me an email saying that I bought a refurbished phone and not a brand new one. I replied saying that I know exactly what I ordered and that I am sure that they advertised a brand new phone with an refurbished price and they should assume their mistake and cope the loss. Due to this back and forth, I no longer trust this company and will be returning the phone in person in store and hopefully will receive the reimbursement on the spot. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.

Too many fake good reviews, many doesn’t check out

I purchased a vacuum cleaner from this company in March. After just three months and fewer than ten uses, parts started falling off, creating a serious hazard for my small children. Additionally, the vacuum stopped working properly. When I contacted the company, they instructed me to drop it off at their location or the manufacturer's. Since they were closer, I chose them.

Upon arrival, the staff seemed clueless despite my call 15 minutes prior. After a 30-minute wait because of clueless staff not knowing what they were doing , I finally left the vacuum with them and they said I can leave without any documentation and will get a email.

I also lodged a case with PayPal and emailed the company. After numerous exchanges over two weeks, an employee said I needed to authorize the return of the machine, contradicting what I was told earlier.

The final straw was receiving a message blaming me for the vacuum's malfunction, claiming that small parts that fell off got caught inside. This company is a joke, blaming customers for their faulty and unsafe products. Avoid them at all costs. Thank me later

Was a bit concerned when I didn't hear anything for a few days after i purchased, but it was Easter! I sent a message to the seller who assured me it was on its way. Turned up the very next day, perfect condition ... Excellent postage speed.... I am very impressed.
